This newsletter will never lower itself to making a point by false or misleading figures; but it is not immune to honest errors. The US consumes 76 quads/year, of which 28% is used in generating electricity, of which almost 13% is nuclear; that makes nuclear equivalent to 2.7 quads or 1.3 million barrels of oil per day not 10 quads or 4.6 million b/d as stated in our February issue.

And there is an ugly misprint on p.l0 of Different Drummer no.6: The solar budget is approaching $500 million, not billion.
