Physicist Prof. Andrei Sakharov, recipient of the 1975 Nobel Peace Prize, may be dying. Exiled without trial or sentence in 1980, he has been denied the medical attention he needs. On information how to protest effectively, contact Internatl. Soc. f. Human Rights, Box 90, Tom's River, NJ 08754 (tel. 201/341-1441).
