GOOD READING

1) "The deficit and our obligation to future generation" by Nobel Prize winner J.M. Buchanan, Imprimis, Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, MI 49242 (contribution welcome).

2) For the reply by Philadelphia Electric to a local paper claiming that US containment buildings are no better than Chernobyl's, write N. McHugh, P.E.Co., Box 8699, Philadelphia, PA 19101.

3) The previously mentioned "Melting of Nuclear Winter" by R. Seitz, Wall St. J. 11/5/86, was answered by Sagan & Co in a letter, for which the WSJ, without precedent or explanation, made available the entire letter column for that day. Seitz's rebuttal letter in the WSJ of 1/29/87 convincingly shows that reply to be more brazen propaganda masquerading as science.

4) The acidity of lakes in northern Wisconsin is not caused by power plants, but by adjacent bogs. Write Paul Wozniak, WPSC Corp. Communic., Box 19001, Green Bay, WI 54307.

5) Please help! Contributions desperately needed by US Council for World Freedom, Box 37048, Phoenix, AZ 85069. Most urgent!
